Programme Enrolment and Payment

When you enrol in the BFS Incubator Programme or any other service we offer, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4.1

Pricing and Payment

The fees for our programmes are clearly stated on our website.

Payment must be made in full or through an agreed payment plan, such as Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal, at the time of enrolment.

Your place in a cohort is only confirmed once your application and payment, or your payment plan setup, are complete.

5

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This section applies specifically to purchases of the BFS Incubator Programme, referred to in this section as “the Programme”.

In this section:

  • “Your purchase date” means the date you complete payment or arrange a payment plan.
  • “Your cohort start date” means the start date of the cohort you enrol on, as stated at the time of purchase.
5.1

Your 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of your purchase date and receive a refund of the Programme fee, subject to the deductions described in sections 5.3 and 5.4.

To cancel, you must email info@blackfoundersstudio.com within the 14-day period. See section 5.6 for cancellation instructions.

The 14-day cooling-off period begins on your purchase date.

5.2

After the Cooling-Off Period

Once the 14-day cooling-off period has ended, the Programme fee is strictly non-refundable.

5.3

The Vendor & Manufacturer Directory

The Vendor & Manufacturer Directory is a digital resource included with the Programme and made available to every enrolled member in the BFS community on Circle immediately upon enrolment. It has a stated value of £150.

£150 stated value

Included digital resource

The Directory is included with the Programme and made available immediately through the BFS community on Circle.

Because it is digital content supplied to you straight away, you acknowledge at checkout that:

  • The Directory is included and made available to you immediately.
  • You consent to receiving it before the end of your 14-day cooling-off period.
  • You understand that you lose the right to a refund in respect of the Directory once it has been made available.

If you cancel the Programme within your 14-day cooling-off period, £150 will be deducted from your refund of the Programme fee. This reflects the digital content already supplied to you.

5.4

Starting the Programme During Your Cooling-Off Period

If your cohort begins within your 14-day cooling-off period and you ask us to start providing the Programme before that period ends, you expressly consent to this.

If you then cancel within the cooling-off period, we will refund the Programme fee less:

  • A proportionate amount for the sessions and services already provided.
  • The Directory’s stated value if it has been made available to you.
5.5

Payment Plans

If you paid through a payment plan, such as Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal, any refund due will be processed back through the same method.

Your agreement with the payment provider remains subject to that provider’s terms until the refund is settled.

5.6
